Según las ultimas informaciones de la Agencia Tributaria, da un paso atrás, o varios, en el endurecimiento de las condiciones de aplazamiento, la situación queda de la siguiente manera:
- Pymes: Si el aplazamiento es inferior a 30.000€, como máximo se podrá aplazar durante 6 meses y el proceso será automático, si es superior a 30.000€ habrá que
aportar garantía y habrá que justificar el impago de las facturas que dan lugar a la cuota a aplazar.
- Autónomos: Si el aplazamiento es inferior a 30.000€, como máximo se podrá aplazar durante 12 meses y el proceso será automático, si es superior a 30.000€ habrá que
aportar garantía y habrá que justificar el impago de las facturas que dan lugar a la cuota a aplazar.
